Ship things that matter
We build products that real teams use every day to reach millions of people. Every line of code has a downstream effect on campaigns, compliance obligations, and customer relationships. We take that seriously.
Own the outcome
We don't have a layer of PMs to translate between engineers and reality. Everyone on the team — engineering, design, CS — talks directly to customers and owns results end-to-end.
Default to async
We're remote-first across three time zones. Meetings have agendas and end with written summaries. Most work happens in writing, reviewed asynchronously, shipped without ceremony.

Great product requires great craft at every level. We care as much about error handling and documentation as we care about the headline feature. The boring stuff is the actual work.
