Altacee was founded on a straightforward premise: the best marketing is useful marketing, and useful marketing requires knowing your audience, reaching them through the right channel, at the right time, with their explicit consent. Most marketing platforms optimise for volume. We optimise for relevance and trust.
What we do
Altacee is a marketing operating system for growth and marketing teams at companies with complex audiences, multi-region operations, or strict compliance requirements. The platform combines a customer data platform (CDP), a journey orchestration engine, multi-channel messaging (email, SMS, push, in-app), an AI agent for autonomous campaign management, deliverability tooling, and built-in compliance controls — all in a single product under a single contract.
We built everything as one system rather than a collection of integrations. That means your audience data, your journey logic, and your delivery infrastructure share the same data model. There is no ETL, no sync lag, and no "which tool owns the truth?" problem. Events processed through Altacee are available for segmentation in real time and retained according to your data-residency policy.
Altacee currently processes more than 100 million events per day across production tenants. Infrastructure spans AWS regions in the EU (Ireland and Frankfurt), the United States, India (Mumbai), and Singapore. Customers can choose their primary region; cross-region disaster-recovery replication operates under Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
Where we are
Altacee is headquartered in Bangalore, India, with engineering and go-to-market hubs in London and New York. We are a remote-first company; the hubs are for collaboration, not mandatory attendance. Our on-call rotation covers all time zones 24/7.
